Established since 1995, we have built a solid background consisting of the experience in organizing the most relevant Brazilian and international events in the sector, a highly qualified team and modern work tools. CiEventus

In order to accomplish this challenge, along with highly qualified professionals and our personalized service throughout, we provide the CiEventus. This exclusive online system has been developed by using over 20 years experience working on scientific and clinical events. The system enables the monitoring of every step of the organization and can be customized according to specific requirements. CiEventus consists of three modules:

Participant Module

When accessing the event website, the participant fills in a registration form and is able to submit a scientific paper or abstract directly into the system. The participant can also check their enrolment status, print the letter of acceptance and make payments by bank invoice or credit card.

Reviewer Moduler

The team of reviewers accesses the online abstracts designated by the committee, analyses the works and then sends feedback using personalized digital forms. The evaluation method can be customized according to the requirements of each event.

Client Module

Members of the Organizing Committee can access the event database in real time and monitor financial reports, enrolments and papers/abstracts. The system automatically generates files for abstracts editing, index of authors, receipts and certificates.
